Cancellation by the 'client' will result in the loss of any processing fee paid. If a new date is sought and Stevie Dee is available then the processing fee can be carried forward to the new date. However, in the event prior engagements made by Stevie Dee to fulfil other events and are unavailable for the event in question the processing fee is withheld by Stevie Dee. In the unlikely event that Stevie Dee cancels the booking, Stevie Dee agrees to inform the ‘client’ of the cancellation and make all reasonable attempts to find a suitable replacement artist of similar standard and style, at no extra cost to the ‘client’. There will be no refund given to the 'client' against the processing fee already paid, if a replacement artist of similar value can be arranged by Stevie Dee.
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2007 this agreement shall have a 14 day cooling-off period and as such the ‘client’ may cancel same at any point in that period and avail of a full refund to include processing fee.
