Photobooth and DJ Services at Cavan Crystal Hotel in Cavan

On Saturday, 7th January 2026, the Cavan Ladies Camogie GAA teams were celebrated in style at a spectacular Dinner Dance held at the Cavan Crystal Hotel, Cavan. The evening was organised to honour the outstanding achievements of several camogie teams across County Cavan during the 2025 season, and it proved to be a night to remember for everyone in attendance.

Players, coaches, family members, and loyal supporters gathered to recognise a year of dedication, hard work, and sporting excellence. Throughout the season, these talented athletes committed countless hours to training and competition, displaying passion, resilience, and teamwork at every level. Some teams came agonisingly close to securing All-Ireland titles, highlighting the incredible standard of camogie being played in the county and the bright future ahead for the sport.

Camogie, one of Ireland’s most fast-paced and physically demanding sports, is played with a hurley and sliotar and requires exceptional skill, fitness, and determination. The Cavan Ladies Camogie teams showcased all of this and more throughout 2025, earning multiple county cup victories and accolades, all of which were proudly celebrated during the awards and medal presentations on the night.

Stevie D Entertainments was delighted to be part of such a special occasion, providing a complete entertainment package that helped create an unforgettable atmosphere from start to finish. The setup included a professional sound system for clear and seamless awards presentations, ensuring every achievement was properly recognised.

The Selfie Mirror Photobooth was a huge hit, running for three hours and attracting queues throughout the evening. Hundreds of fun, high-quality photos were captured, giving guests a fantastic keepsake from the night and adding to the excitement and buzz in the room.

As the formalities concluded, the celebrations continued with a high-energy DJ set running until 1:30 AM. The dancefloor stayed packed all night, featuring floor-filling classics, modern hits, and plenty of laughs, including some unforgettable dance-offs between players, their mums, and later in the evening, the dads!

The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, pride, and a strong sense of community spirit. The success of the night even led to three additional bookings for Stevie D Entertainments secured that very evening, a true testament to the quality of the service provided.
